Our most popular coding service is 'Coding with Written Comments'. In addition to the coding results in numbers, you also receive explanations in text and some thoughts for the future.
Another favorite is 'Coding without Comments', perfect for coaches who want to interpret and provide feedback on the results themselves. In our new price list, a Coding with Written Comments costs SEK 870, and a Coding without Comments costs SEK 565. See the full price list on our website.
We now offer automatic transcription services for conversations. You can receive the transcription as a raw version or edited, and it is done through your account on MIC Lab. Transcription services can also be combined with coding services.
Our trained actors play clients with specific behavior changes to simulate challenging conversations. Perfect for TGR applications and those who struggle to record their own conversations with clients.
