Booking of calls to be coded by MIC Lab is done via phone or email. See contact details under the Contact menu. When calls have been booked, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The confirmation contains a booking reference (e.g. CUST18001), the number of calls booked, the type of coding, and the cost. The booking confirmation also states the date for uploading the calls and the date for delivery. You confirm that the booking is correct by returning it via email. Upon confirmed booking, 50% of the cost will be charged, and the remaining amount will be invoiced after the coding has been completed. Cancellation of parts or the entire order must be made no later than two months before the agreed start date for uploading the calls. Uncancelled coding will be charged at full price.
